Re-charge your system and keep the cold air
flowing through by using a quality r134a refrigerant.
This cooling agent ensures that your system
is working properly.
R134a, also known as tetrafluoromethane, is
a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant that
replaced R-12 CFC (chlorofluorocarbon)
refrigerants for many cooling applications. It’s
nontoxic, nonflammable, and noncorrosive,
making it safe for common handling.
R-134a is mostly commonly used in older
model vehicles. EPA 608 or 609 certification
is required for purchase.

Honeywell HFO-1234yf is a replacement
for R-134a as a refrigerant in automotive
air conditioners. HFO-1234yf is the first in a
new class of refrigerants acquiring a global
warming potential rating 335 times less than
R-134a (and only 4 times higher than carbon
dioxide, which can also be used as a refrigerant
but has significantly different properties
to R134A, especially requiring operation at
around 5 times higher pressure) and an atmospheric
lifetime of about 400 times shorter.
R-1234yf is mostly commonly used in vehicles
produced after 2017. EPA 608 or 609
certification is required for purchase.
