What is your idea of quality? We understand quality as an awareness of the needs of our customers. Their questions, requirements and problems are our challenges and form the basis of our commitment.

When it comes to quality, we make no compromise. The Würth name stands for good, solid products and process quality in addition to outstanding customer service. Being close to our customers is important to us. More than 45,000 employees in 80 countries worldwide are busy looking after the needs of our customers.

The Würth Group maintains it's own Research and Development Department with 120 employees and holds many patents, registered utility models and designs. Cooperation with independent institutes and technical universities, a customer advisory board as well as practice-oriented suggestions from personal contact with customers form the basis of our active product development. A product is approved for our sales program only after all quality standards have been exactly defined and met.

The quality philosophy applies not only to product quality, but also to the processes used in our organization. This is evident, among other things, by our quality management system.

In the sense of quality management and in the interest of our customers, we are striving to design all of our operational processes to assure an outstanding level of quality.
